Children can behave poorly for a number of complex reasons. Many staff find difficult classroom behaviour highly stressful to manage and poor behaviour is often cited as one of the biggest challenges of the teaching profession.
We provide training and coaching to help both experienced and trainee teachers manage behaviour effectively in the classroom. From the smallest irritations and low-level interruptions to the more serious incidents, we help staff to support their pupils to make positive changes and focus on learning.
In our training, participants enjoy an interactive and engaging session and go away with practical ideas they can use immediately
Recent training sessions include:
- Attachment and supporting the troubled child
- How to create positive behaviours for learning
- How to support children who have experienced trauma
- Addressing anxiety in children
- Returning to school- supporting staff and children’s wellbeing following the lockdown
- University Lectures & Seminars on children’s mental health / behaviour management for trainee teachers

“My wife and I were so worried about our 13 year old son. It was great to talk it through and the advice and suggestions were so helpful – we have seen huge improvements in his behaviour and overall happiness.
Our house is certainly a lot calmer! “
